Dublin
ladies under Interim manager Paul Gilheaney overcame a resilient Meath outfit
today to earn the metropolitans three valuable NFL points. The match which was
played in front of a sizeable crowd in Russell Park was a typical early spring encounter
with both teams trying hard to impress.
However the
lack of competitive football was evident with both Counties guilty of over
hitting passes and squandering scoring opportunities, the game was on a good

Interim Dublin Ladies Manager, Paul Gilheaney has named his team
to play Meath in the opening round of the TESCO Home Grown NFL. Dublin trio of
Elaine Kelly, Noelle Healy and Lyndsay Davey make a welcome return to the
Dublin panel all three did not feature for Dublin last season due to college,
work and travel commitments.
Gilheaney has chosen a strong squad for the visit of Meath to

Association today unveiled Tesco Ireland as its new title sponsor of the
National Football leagues at the launch of the new season of the high profile,
